Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from, you may return the unused item(s) for an exchange or refund by contacting our customer support agents. Please remember to keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or refund.

Can I Return It?
Yes, if the product was purchased within 10 days.

How Do I Return a Product?

For quick resolution we ask that you contact us by email for return authorization, also letting us know the details of the problems such defect, damaged or missing items.   Return sent without authorization, the return will be refused.  

Customer will be responsible for return freight, postage.

How Much Will My Refund Be?

To be eligible for a full product refund:

  • Return must be made within 7-10 days of purchase date.
  • Product must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the primary shipment.
  • Products valued over $100 must be shipped with insurance.

Freight is non refundable, no refund will  be applied for open, used or damaged products.

Will I Receive a Refund on Shipping Charges?

Shipping charge is not refundable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of the request. Refunds for items which require a return shipment will be processed after receiving the return. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing credit card company or bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

My Product Arrived Damaged or Missing. What should I do?

It is normal for the shipping parcel to show some wear in the shipment process. However, if damage or missing occurred to a product in your shipment, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact UPS the carrier for claim.  Including photos of the damage will help UPS to expedite the return process.
